The City of Memphis has received federal funding to continue the expansion of its bicycle network throughout the city. A series of public open house meetings will be held in October and November to discuss the design and impacts of the proposed bicycle facility improvements at various locations throughout the City of Memphis. Preliminary cross sections and design elements will be provided in addition to project location maps.

The public is invited to ask questions and make comments during the meeting and will be given the opportunity to make their opinions known concerning the need for the projects and to present views on any alternative designs. Representatives of the City of Memphis Division of Engineering will be available to answer questions concerning any aspect of the project.
